I
Promise to be a good Person,
(raise your right hand)
Have Knowledge in the Mind,
(point to your head with your right hand)
Honesty in the Heart,
(place your right hand over your heart)
Strength in the Body,
(make a muscle with your right arm)
And To make good Friends!
(clasp both hands together)
By starting their training at an
early age, the Tiny Tiger will learn to live with high ethical
values,
morals and respect for him/herself and for others.

Karate for Kids' Oath
"Sir/Ma'am:
Each Day I will
live
by Honoring my
Parents and Instructors,
Practicing to
the best of my Abilities,
and by having
Courtesy and Respect
for Everyone I
meet.
....Sir/Ma'am!"
The Karate for Kid's oath reminds each student to
maintain honor and respect for their parents and
all people. Maintaining
a high standard for their training is of the utmost importance.

Spirit of Taekwondo
As Taekwondo event begins:
"Sir/Ma'am:
I will practice in the Spirit of Taekwondo,
with courtesy for Fellow Students,
Loyalty for my Instructor,
and Respect for my Juniors and Seniors,
...Sir!/Ma'am"
As Taekwondo event ends:
"Sir/Ma'am:
I shall live with Perseverance in the Spirit of
Taekwondo
Having Honor with Others,
Integrity within myself,
and Self Control in my Actions,
...Sir!/Ma'am"
The Songahm Spirit of Taekwondo
reminds the student to respect their instructor and fellow students while
in the training facility and outside of the facility. It reminds the
student to maintain self-control, confidence and integrity at all times.
